Dear Mr. Caggiano:
Thank you again for giving me a written estimate for the repair of my car. At this time the repair
will process through the insurance company.
Please remember that you advised going to the insurance company with a police report and having
the insurance company evaluate the car, a 1998 black Infiniti Q45. further, you anticipated the
need for a supplement to address additional damage that was not visible until the work was
launched. The damage was much more sever then I first thought. Due to the nature or type of
damage you advised that it was much better to go through the insurance company than a third
party.

Your estimate was courteous, prompt and professional. Your staff will assist in matters both large
and small. At all times you were ready to do the right thing.
